- U.S. Residents only including U.S. military personnel.
- Reservations with Lead Guest as a U.S. resident or member of the U.S. Military.
Travel Protection Plan – Administered by Aon Affinity
- Trip Cancellation/Trip Interruption– reimburses up to total trip cost of the prepaid travel arrangements due to illness, injury and non-medical reasons such as job loss, military service and more
- Trip Delay (6+hours)– reimburses related expenses, up to $600 ($200 per day)
- Baggage Loss– reimburses up to $2,000 for lost, stolen, or damaged luggage and personal effects
- Bag Delay– reimburses up to $500 the purchase of necessary personal items if your bags are delayed 12+ hours
- Emergency Medical Expense– provides up to $25,000 of coverage if you get ill or injured on your trip
- Emergency Evacuation/Repatriation– arranges and prepays up to $100,000 for emergency medical transportation
- Travel Accident– provides up to $25,000 in the event of accidental death or dismemberment
- Rental Car Damage– reimburses repair costs up to $25,000 in the event of collision, theft, damage or vandalism to rented vehicles

The Pre-Existing Condition exclusion is waived provided:
- Payment for the plan is received by final trip payment;
- The plan cost amount purchased is calculated off 100% of the travel arrangement costs; and
- Travelers are able to/capable of travel on the day the plan is purchased.
Adding the Travel Protection Plan to your reservation is simple! Speak with your favorite Travel Advisor with Fairytales and Sunsets to purchase the plan with your package.
Guests must add the Plan to their package reservation and pay the plan cost at the time of booking or with final payment of the package.
- 3rd party air, air booked by Disney or Travel Agent is covered as long as Travel Protection Plan was purchased prior to a coverable event taking place.
- Pre-Existing Medical Condition Exclusion is waived (details in Certificate of Insurance)
- To obtain state specific Certificate of Insurance (COI), visit www.affinitytravelcert.com/docs/DSP01 and select the state of residency for details on refunds and terms, conditions and exclusions.
- Travel Protection Plan is refundable within 14 days (30 days for Utah residents) of purchase as long as the Guest has not departed on their trip or there has been no claim initiated.
- No deductibles.
